/06 - Rio de Janeiro 2018. Renault Loft - InTown Arquitetura. Designed by Alexandre Gedeon and Hugo Schwartz, sustainability was a priority: the duplex is mobile, meaning it can be transported ready to assemble, which generates less waste. In addition, large panels provide cross ventilation which, together with reflective waterproofing on the slab, reduce heat absorption by up to 90%. (André Nazareth)
/06 - São Paulo 2018. CASACOR Duratex store by Armazém do Marton - José Marton. The entire store was created from a wooden structure, which can be completely dismantled and reassembled elsewhere. (Rafael Renzo)
/06 - São Paulo 2018. Cabin - Manarelli Guimarães. Thinking about the desire to bring nature into the home, Thiago Manarelli and Ana Paula Guimarães designed a 60 m² house that could be either on the beach or in the countryside, a contemporary refuge with a universal language. Built from scratch in just 18 days, the structure was made of steel, using the steel frame system, with plasterboard and metal tiles, constituting a clean and sustainable construction. (MCA Estúdio)
/06 - São Paulo 2018. SysHaus - Arthur Casas. The technology developed by the professional made it possible to build a high-standard home in less than a month, with practically zero waste and water consumption. Each part of the project was designed exclusively based on needs and specifications, in an extremely efficient and functional way, without debris and with reduced execution time. The structure can be easily disassembled and reassembled in another location. (Divulgação)
/06 - Pernambuco 2018. Arena Arbor - Paulo Carvalho. The Arena has a living concept and goes beyond just a signed space: it becomes an architectural installation and is an invitation to experiment and concrete use of the place. The environment is inspired by a tree, representing the symbol of life, taking into account all its faces: roots, trunk, crown, flower and fruit. The dismountable structure will now become part of the Recife Botanical Garden. (Divulgação)
/06 - Ribeirão Preto 2018. Store - Supra Design. The commercial space's construction structures were designed so that all elements can be dismantled and reassembled in another location, in order to maintain the permanence of the architecture that remains alive and itinerant. (Felipe Araújo)
