The
Burj Khalifa is the
largest building in the world and one of the most famous buildings of modernity. The skyscraper is over
800 meters high and houses its 160 floors . The importance of the building is undeniable, and for this reason, a proposal by ZN Era in the surroundings of the structure are causing a stir. The idea of the architecture firm is to create a
circular skyscraper 550 meters high and 3,000 meters in circumference, interconnected to house
residential, public, commercial and cultural spaces.
“The proposed megastructure offers an alternative to the singular, disconnected skyscrapers found in most metropolitan areas,” the studio said. The project features
sustainability ideas , such as a rainwater capture system and solar energy. One new feature the studio plans to introduce is a technology that
