Designed by architect David Bastos , this 815 m² apartment in São Paulo was designed for a couple and has as its main protagonist an extensive bookcase with niches: the design of the joinery allows the focal point to be on the multiple windows that also divide the wall, which they seem framed like paintings on the shelves.

The extensive wooden bookcase covers the entire wall that spans the living room to the dining room. At night, hidden LED lighting creates a scenic atmosphere in the social area.

Located next to the living room is a deck with a lounge and outdoor dining area, as well as a small pool for warm days. The outdoor space has a privileged view of the city lights.

A secondary living area includes a sitting area, hanging fireplace, hidden TV, and bar area that also houses a grill and stove.

The dining room has a large wooden table and wraparound chairs designed by Sergio Rodrigues, while the floor is Roman travertine marble.

In the office, a floating shelf displays works of art, also highlighted by the gray wall. Here, the furniture is made of wood.

In the master bedroom, the headboard has hidden lighting, which is also highlighted at the top of the curtains. In front of the bed is a long wooden cabinet, adding storage space below the TV.
