The
paradisiacal setting of the coast of Bahia, more specifically in Trancoso, is where this house designed by
David Bastos , a veteran architect from the
CASACOR cast, is located. With
more than 830 m² of built area , the residence is located on a 3,288 m² plot of land full of of green areas and sea views.
Built from scratch, the construction prioritized the
maximum use of space possible , not only providing more amplitude and integration within the residence, but also taking advantage of the setting in which it is located to
enhance items of local nature , such as the abundant supply of natural light, which here takes on
geometric contours thanks to the open wooden structure of the architecture.
The project was carried out for a
large family who enjoys hosting friends and family for get-togethers. Therefore, a large house was needed that could accommodate the maximum number of guests, while at the same time providing them with a
refuge full of natural landscapes that refer to tranquility and comfort.
The highlight of the project is perhaps the
appreciation of the natural beauty of the place . The combination of rustic elements with more modern designs create the house's preciousness, but it is the
exuberant view that crowns all the rooms from which it can be admired – such as the living room, the dining room, the gourmet, the deck, the pool and the bedrooms.
The unique and particular symbiosis between land and project brings an unparalleled beauty to the residence. The combination of
rustic and traditional elements from Bahia with modern and practical solutions and details results in a
cheerful and engaging atmosphere .
Brazilian touches are everywhere, such as the white burnt cement floor, the wooden
decks and the swimming pool with a finish that imitates beach sand.
