With the opening of a new exhibition at a new address, all eyes turn to discover what the architects in the cast have planned for the large external and internal areas of the headquarters buildings. of the event. João Panaggio - Casa Migrante. Na praia, no campo, ou num recanto da cidade. A Casa Migrante poderia estar em qualquer lugar, mas foi num dos cantinhos mais charmosos do nosso jardim que ela nasceu. Sua arquitetura é marcante – um tanto modernista -, com estrutura metálica revestida externamente em pedra e um amplo espaço interno – quase sem divisões. Ali, se destacam o painel em madeira trançada, que separa áreas íntima e social, e uma enorme claraboia no quarto que transforma em quadro vivo a luz do dia e da noite. (André Nazareth/CASACOR)
A house that can be anywhere: this is the proposal of
Casa Migrante , one of the unforgettable houses of
CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2022. The architecture with modernist inspiration was covered externally with stone and internally with wood.

2. Curral Stilt House, by Studio 126 Arquitetura
Studio 126 Arquitetura - Palafita do Curral. Erguido em estacas metálicas e envolta por um jardim, a construção é um convite à dimensão subjetiva de tempo, espaço e memória. Um ambiente que reforça a relação entre o humano, a arquitetura, contextos e paisagem. O deck de madeira recepciona e contorna a suíte máster. Built on metal stilts and surrounded by a garden, the
Curral Palafita is an invitation to rethink the relationship between humans, architecture, contexts and landscape. A major highlight of the building, the works of art add a mystical atmosphere to the interior design. Good design and integration of spaces are present. In the external area, a

CASACOR Brasília 2022 , the project "Right here, right there... Espaço Finitura" presented the
open space concept in an area of 400 m², which integrated the internal spaces with each other and also with the external area. For the design ,
Denise Zuba took advantage of the columns of the BRB Mané Garrincha Arena, which hosted the show this year, creating a concrete forest marked by giant pillars that reached 15 meters in height. The house was made entirely of metal structure, which allows it be relocated, and stands out for the use of ecological wood.

Sertão Portinari project concentrates the work of artist
Cândido Portinari in a 250 m² space. Architect
Nildo José, from Feira de Santana, Bahia, sought inspiration in his roots for the space that was part of the
CASACOR São Paulo . The atmosphere is reinforced by natural colors: "in addition to the earthy and raw tones, which refer to the backlands, we sought to explore the greens of the palms and mandacarus and the blue of the sky", he says.
5. Casa Serena, by Module Four arq+design
Módulo Quatro arq+design - Casa Serena. O projeto é um convite ao contato com o mundo interior, ao bem-estar e à tranquilidade e busca valorizar o protagonismo dos tons neutros, imprimindo doses de calmaria e de relaxamento. Tassia Ferreira , from Tecer Arquitetura, for
Casa Duraplik is essentially in the craftsmanship and sustainable materials used throughout the project. But it doesn't stop there: the tropical landscaping incorporates the pre-existing tree and welcomes, embrace, rest. The details invite you to a moment of rest, while the brightness creates an atmosphere of freshness, well-being and comfort.
7. SPA Deca, by Diego Raposo and Manuela Simas
Diego Raposo e Manuela Simas - SPA DECA. Uma ilha de encontro e relaxamento. Um espaço dedicado ao bem-estar e às memórias sensoriais. O SPA DECA surge no jardim dividido em quatro tempos: Descompressão, para aproveitar a natureza; Skin-Care, para os cuidados pessoais e contemplação; Banho, para a conexão pessoal; e Hamman, para refletir e recarregar as energias. SPA DECA is a space dedicated to well-being and sensory memories that emerges in the middle of a garden. The project by the duo
Diego Raposo and
Manuela Simas combines fluid spaces, without many divisions, with natural materials . The
casual-chic mood is due to the space's proposal: divided into four stages, it plans out all the steps of the self-care routine in advance. They are: Decompression, to enjoy nature; Skin-Care, for personal care; contemplation; Bath, for personal connection; and Hamman, to reflect and recharge your batteries.
8. Sui House, by Nídia Duarte
Nídia Duarte - Casa Sui. O nome vem da expressão em latim Sui Generis e traz ideia de particularidade em respeito às diferenças individuais. A estrutura é toda suspensa e se acomoda com suavidade no terreno. As portas, tramadas manualmente, integram interior e exterior com fluidez. Nídia Duarte thought of manually woven pivot doors that integrate the interior with the beautiful landscape of Serra do Curral, where
CASACOR Minas Gerais 2022 took place. Exploring textures and elements Natural, with lots of greenery and neutral tones, the spaces are suitable for a variety of uses. The name of the building comes from the Latin expression
Sui Generis and conveys the idea of particularity in respect of individual differences.

Casa em Percurso is a project that brings individuals closer to their places of belonging, encounter and welcome. Designed by
Octaedro Arquitetura , a firm formed by Emanueli Schneiders and Leonardo Gazzoni, the house proposes a poetic path by revealing the beauty in the course of things. its constant movement. The doors are therefore opened to what is memory, affection, roots, as well as to what must be seen from a new perspective, more human, empathetic and faithful to its time and space.
11. Studio in the Forest, by Janaina Araújo

With just over 50 m²,
Estúdio na Mata offers much more than the basics. The peaceful environment, ideal for a weekend getaway, was designed by
Janaina Araújo as a house that can be inserted into any landscape. In the external area, The charm is due to the façade with Corten steel brises, the transparency of the glass, the warmth of the burnt cement and a large skylight. The interior area features a bedroom with an open-concept bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with intelligent solutions.

Expedito Bezerra e Lucas Panobianco - Morada VENTÚ. O espaço conceito assinado por Lucas Panobianco e Expedito Bezerra para Ventura traz uma leitura sensível acerca de um olhar criativo brasileiro mais contemporâneo. Uma ode ao novo que para ser genuíno parte respeitosamente da nossa história, mergulhando na arte, nas texturas e em peças que traduzem esse DNA brasileiro ao criar. O projeto segue uma linha jovem, fresca e acolhedora. O ambiente contempla jardim, um gourmet com dois livings, espaços de circulação e uma suíte com sala de banho. Morada Ventú , the project pays homage to the new and respects our history, diving into art, textures and pieces that reflect Brazilian DNA. With a garden,
gourmet area , two living rooms and a suite with bathroom, the space is marked by the presence of bold furniture that blends with the architecture.
15. Casa 15, by Daniel Ghizi and Carolina Zettermann de Almeida

Nestled between two large trees, the monobloc of metal and glass structure of
Casa 15 is related to the building listed as a historical heritage site that received
CASACOR Santa Catarina 2022. The contemporary interior design by
Daniel Ghizi Arquitetura breaks the external rigidity with the use of organic forms and the adoption of natural textures and materials. Between the buildings, a water mirror reflects and enhances both constructions.
