Located on a busy street, the issue of acoustic treatment to reduce external noise was one of the biggest challenges. One of the solutions found was to create an internal courtyard to help dissipate the sound, a space that ended up becoming the heart of the house. Sunshades were installed on the main façade, facing the street, which help reduce noise while allowing natural light to enter. The materials chosen, such as travertine, fiberglass sunshades, white aluminum frames and elements in corten and freijó steel, give the residence a modern and elegant touch.

Originally composed of two separate buildings, the house was unified into a single volume with large social areas connected to the leisure area, a requirement for residents who love to receive guests. On the ground floor , there is a living room , dining room, office, balcony, gourmet space, kitchen, garage, swimming pool, gym, sauna and bathrooms.

On the second floor, there is the master suite, three suites for the children, a guest bedroom, bathrooms, linen closet and a family room. On the semi-basement floor , there are the service areas, playroom, wine cellar and toilet. The main staircase was preserved and modernized with new cladding and painted iron railing, and the Portuguese tiles in the dining room were kept, honoring the history of the house.
