Located in Praia do Forte (BA), this 580 m² house, designed by Sidney Quintela Architecture, was created for a young couple with two children who were looking for a refuge to gather family and friends. Distributed over two floors and a basement, the residence combines functionality and leisure spaces to suit everyone's preferences. The challenge of the project was to accommodate an extensive program on just one plot, leaving the other free for future construction. House on Tinharé Island (BA), by David Bastos

On the Isle of Tinharé (BA), this 362 m² "foot-in-the-sand" beach house was designed by the architect David Bastos for a businessman and his two daughters. With two floors on a 995 m² plot, the project uses natural materials and neutral tones to integrate the internal spaces with the external landscape, highlighting the sea view. Located in Trancoso (BA), in the Fasano condominium, this 327 m² house was designed by architect David Bastos on a 2500 m² plot facing the sea, at the request of a couple. Divided into two two-storey modules, the residence prioritizes comfortable environments that are integrated with nature, with a focus on sea views and the reduction of visual barriers. Recently retired from soccer, André Felipe, known as André Balada, chose a 750 m² house in Barra (RJ) to reflect his passion for receiving friends. With an architectural project by Fabiano Raizaki and interiors by Tom Castro, the residence features a clean design that combines warm elements to create spacious and inviting environments. The Auka, designed by FGMF, has 20 exclusive balconies, each offering a unique sea view experience, with environments such as suspended pools, gazebos and spaces with cobogós. Located in Cairu, Bahia, on a 12,000 m² plot, the building explores the diversity of elements in an innovative way, providing personalized experiences.
