Combining classic and rustic elements, this
750 m² residence has a décor that can take residents on a journey to the past through its decor and nostalgic atmosphere.

The office responsible for bringing this affective decoration was
Fernanda Dabbur Arquitetura , which followed the desire of the owners who wanted to
create a peaceful retreat to compensate for the busy routine of the city of São Paulo.

The goal was to recreate the
atmosphere of an old farmhouse ; this desire led to the fireplace in the middle of the living room. The reclaimed wood flooring that appears throughout the social area also aligns with this vision.
A series of elements were chosen to make the space welcoming: floral hydraulic tiles, reclaimed wood and ceramics became key pieces to highlight the rustic, in a contemporary way.

In the kitchen, the
colorful hydraulic tile floor adds life and color to the space. The woodwork, in turn, stands out with tones that harmonize with the floor, while the strategically positioned pendants provide adequate lighting to facilitate the cooking routine.

Outside, the pool has a small beach, hot tub and lane, which blend perfectly with the lush landscaping around it.
