Just imagine a house where all the windows, doors and terraces look out onto the immense sea view right in front of you. This is
Casa Vista do Mar , designed by
Tufi Mousse Arquitetura on Guaratuba beach, on the coast of Paraná. Everywhere you look,
the residence is surrounded by nature . Under the vast blue sky, the house does not go unnoticed: its wide architectural form does not hide the
modernist inspiration that makes this residence a treasure whose amplitude and uniqueness are just like the own sea.

The project that welcomes a young couple and their two daughters was, from the beginning of its conception, planned according to the needs and desires of the family. Extremely involved, everything was aligned so that everyone's expectations were met.

With two large ground-floor blocks positioned perpendicular to the sea and a large block supported transversely to the two bases, Tufi Mousse found the perfect recipe for providing moments of contemplation. To better optimize the proposed structure, the architect focused on expanding and integrating the social areas .

Integration was also key to further exploiting the abundant natural lighting and cross ventilation that enters through the large openings. In terms of structure, the house was designed entirely in reinforced concrete and metal structure.

The
kitchen could not be left out. Fully integrated with the living rooms, technical areas, the external deck and the sea, it was designed to be the
main living room of the house . Well equipped, the kitchen reveals a preference for
minimalist and versatile decoration . With large countertops and spacious cabinets, the entire gourmet area is resolved within it.
