The first floor is where the service and leisure spaces are located (a TV room and a large outdoor living area). The swimming pool, covered entirely with the same porcelain as the floor, has a crystal-clear blue water mirror and faces to the landscape, framed by the Serra do Curral.

The second floor is where the real house is: access is via the staircase in the entrance hall, with double height ceiling, which is entered by a portico above a large pivoting door. Upstairs, the dining room , living room , The intimate living area, the toilet, the kitchen and the office are integrated and facing the privileged views of the surrounding nature, complemented by a meticulous landscaping project.

During the construction process, it was decided to maintain the remaining holes from the concreting of the walls. These holes completed the composition of the concrete structures cast in situ and provided scenic natural lighting through small points of light.

From the front façade, it is possible to see the mountains throughout the building. The visual permeability of the glass enclosures, mediated by the set of blinds that provide different gradations of privacy, made it possible to share the privileged view of the house.
