Making better use of the space was the wish of this family who dreamed of having an
integrated social area and the gourmet space as the only place to cook , without the need for another kitchen for service. They also wanted a small leisure area with
a swimming pool and a TV room to entertain friends.

Truvian Arquitetura stepped in to fulfill the residents' wishes and create a look in line with the architects' own style:
sophisticated and contemporary environments .

To create more space and improve circulation, the layout of the rooms took into account functionality and
integration between internal and external spaces . The openings in the frames allow for
connections between the rooms and greater internal ventilation , creating a sense of fluidity in the home.
The private areas (bedrooms and bathrooms) are further separated by a corridor, which ensures
privacy and
separation from the social area and provides access to the
three suites . The master suite has a large bathroom that also functions as a closet, while the daughter's suite has access to the pool, with a beautiful view for those relaxing in bed.

The pool was designed considering the available space and the client's demands. Despite the
limited footage , the outdoor area has a
gourmet space integrated into the pool that created a relaxing and functional atmosphere.

In response to another of the owner's wishes, the choice of furniture prioritized
pieces designed by renowned designers, which contributed to making the residence more sophisticated and authentic. The combination combined with the sophistication of the designer furniture with touches of color resulted in a project full of personality that reflects the identity and tastes of the clients.
