"It has been a real pleasure to create this unusual menu, reflecting the life and work of one of the most esteemed artists we know. Magritte has given us so much inspiration to draw from. I hope guests will enjoy it as much as we did creating it," said Salvatore "Maestro" Calabrese.

The bar's wallpaper was inspired by Magritte's work " Femmes " (1922). Designer Adam Ellis was responsible for creating the material that adorns the walls and already makes clear the surrealist atmosphere of the bar.

The Art Deco style was fundamental to the design of the space. Olga Polizzi, design director at Rocco Forte Hotels, in collaboration with Sarah Daniels of DO Design Studio, chose a color palette full of deep, bright tones combined with playful textures.

To harmonize with the colors of the wallpaper, the designers had the challenge of finding furniture that did not clash with the proposal, and they opted for the colors pink, blue and bronze – present in the chairs and the counter, which helped to create a colorful and well-balanced space.
