Fireplaces appear in different projects at CASACOR São Paulo 2026 as elements that combine architecture, comfort and sensory experience. At the show, they are explored in various formats, including outdoor structures, stone-carved pieces, and models that blend into the design of the spaces.
More than just providing warmth, fireplaces help create a more welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The presence of fire adds movement, light and a gathering point to the projects, enhancing moments of pause and togetherness – especially on cold days!
Suspended fireplaces bring a more sculptural interpretation to fire. Fixed to the ceiling or on independent structures, they create a sense of lightness and become a highlight in the spaces.

The model composes the projects Casa Simonetto, by Gabriel Fernandes, and Living Ritmo Vital, by MAAI Arquitetura Integrada. Beyond the visual aspect, this type of fireplace allows for different placement within the space, since it does not depend on a supporting wall.

Built-in fireplaces are an alternative for projects that seek visual integration and space optimization. Installed on walls, panels, or custom-designed structures, they blend into the architecture in a more discreet way.

Four projects at CASACOR São Paulo 2026 serve as inspiration to embrace this style: Arquivo Vivo, by Felipe Saurin; Loft Milanese, by Tulio Xenofonte Arquitetos; Lounge do Artista, Calio Studio Design; and Casa Memórias Essenciais, by Felipe de Almeida.
Stone stands out as one of the materials that most reinforces the connection between fireplace and architecture. With a striking presence, it creates a sense of permanence and enhances the natural texture of the project, turning the structure into part of the space itself.

In the CASACOR proposals, stone appears in different finishes and formats, such as in Casa Coral Celeiro Alvorada, by Nildo José, and in Ilha da Alma, by Ohma studio.

Outdoor areas can also incorporate the element of fire as part of the architectural experience. On balconies, gardens and social spaces, fireplaces help create more comfortable projects for different moments of the day.

In these spaces, projects tend to value materials resistant to weather conditions and a composition that integrates landscaping, furniture and lighting. These fireplaces appear in Refúgio Fleury, by Estúdio Musgo, and in Jardim Onde a Mente Pausa, by Bia Abreu Paisagismo.
