The renovated 140 m² apartment, designed by Vilanova Artigas and Carlos Cascaldi , is part of the Louveira building, built in 1946. Its design was guided by respect for and dialogue with the building's original aesthetics. It was designed by Ana Sawaia , an architect from CASACOR São Paulo. 2019 , the renovation took into account the architectural design of master Artigas . A concrete partition, 2.20m high, defines the space between the living room and the kitchen, with a horizontal glass opening that frames the view of the Pacaembu valley . The frames were painted in the same ochre color of the facade, and the kitchen floor has the same material as the floor in the external area of Louveira – a green matte porcelain tile.

"In the bathroom, we used hydraulic tiles with a design by Artigas himself , made as a floor design study for Casa dos Triângulos," says Ana Sawaia. The couple's bathroom, also with hydraulic tiles, has a reading area, a shower stall with a garden and a small dry sauna. The closet divides the bathroom from the bedroom only by cabinets, without masonry.

The floor of the apartment, made of perobinha wood, maintains, despite being new, the same standardization and size as the original . The doors to the kitchen and service area were made of iron and glass, and follow the same design as the frames on the facade.
