For these São Paulo restaurants, the customer experience is not limited to exceptional menus, but also to the design and decoration of the environment.

Thus, each recipe is savored alongside a special architecture full of stories, as well as a themed décor , responsible for the atmosphere of the house.

How about trying dishes prepared with the smallest details while enjoying the architectural design of the houses? CASACOR recommends 9 restaurants in the capital of São Paulo below!

La Serena

How about enjoying a little piece of the Amalfi Coast in the middle of the city of São Paulo? This is the proposal of the La Serena restaurant, located inside the JK Iguatemi Shopping Mall. The space brings the fascinating spirit of the Italian Riviera with a décor designed by Suíte Arquitetos , from the CASACOR 2023 cast, which overflows with elegance and good taste.

Where it is: Shopping JK Iguatemi | Opening hours: Monday to Wednesday, from 12pm to 3:30pm / 7pm to 11pm; Thursday to Sunday, from 12pm to 11pm

Cold Room

The Cold Room is located behind a hidden door in an old bar in São Paulo . The staircase reminds you of your grandmother's house, with its terracotta floor. The parquet floor, large windows, brick walls, and a white tiled bathroom with a bathtub from the 1940s. This is the perfect , relaxed – and hidden! – environment for a brewery/pizzeria. Great for those who want to enjoy the informal atmosphere and have friends over for a drink.

Location: Graúna, 137, Moema, São Paulo | Opening hours: Tuesday to Wednesday, from 6pm to midnight; Thursdays, from 6pm to 1am; and Fridays and Saturdays, from 6pm to 2am

Ella Fitz

Designed by architect Otavio Sanctis , the Ella Fitz restaurant, led by chef Ana Cremonezi , makes extensive use of rustic wood , covering the floor and walls, and even extending to the retractable roof, also made of wood, like New York warehouses.

They contrast with the marble of the tables , the mirrors, the charm of the glass-enclosed kitchen and the teal fabrics of the chairs: everything to create a cozy and perfect atmosphere to enjoy the menu, choose a good wine or have some of the good drinks that the house has.

Where it is: Rua dos Pinheiros, 332, Pinheiros | Opening hours: Monday to Thursday, from 12pm to 4pm and from 6pm to 11pm; Friday, from 12pm to 4pm and from 6:30pm to 11pm; Saturday, from 12pm to 11pm; and Sunday, from 12pm to 9pm

Feliciana Breads

A farmhouse in the middle of the big city! The small bakery run by Ana Paula Sater has an extreme love affair with the Pantanal in its decor . Several pieces there are reminiscent of the region, all picked by Ana herself, who every now and then brings something to decorate the bakery.

Thus, the space mimics its own soul: it is the industrial window camouflaged by plants, the 17th century Portuguese tiles in front of the counter, the Chamberland-Pasteur water filter, made of porcelain, the little tablecloths knitted by Mirce's hands coloring the wood of the tables.

Where it is: Rua Pedro Cristi, 89, Pinheiros | Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 6pm

Flora Bar

Behind a flower shop , a bar with a view. With two bars, one right at the entrance of the house and another upstairs, the Flora It has an idea that is reminiscent of old European bars: you walk around, discover and look for an environment that best matches your mood.

The dark style, with dramatic decor , is ideal for enjoying the classic cocktails that the house has, separated in chronological order. The snacks are served on imposing crockery to match the decor.

Where it is: Padre João Manuel, 795, Jardins | Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, from 7pm to 1am, and Sunday, from 7pm to 1am

With architecture designed by Guilherme di Giuseppe and interiors by Viviane Gratz , Trinca Bar & Vermuteria features earthy tones that fill a very well-kept decor, with golden details, but without overshadowing the mix of materials, sofas and comfortable armchairs that allow drink lovers to relax while sipping cocktails made by the bartender duo Alê Bussab and Tábata Magarão.

Those who don't want to give up the bar won't miss the taps installed on the wall, from which the vermouths made in-house come out, which are the star of Trinca, and which are illuminated by the low light that also shines on the bottles in the bar.

Where it is: Costa Carvalho, 96, Pinheiros | Opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday: 6pm to 1am | Closed on Sunday and Monday

Watanabe Restaurant

There were many famous addresses in America that inspired the creation of Watanabe . But to get the formula just right, the place needed a good touch of authenticity from chefs Denis Watanabe and Eduardo Takeshi.

Located in the heart of Itaim Bibi, the restaurant strikes a perfect balance between modern and classic , welcoming its customers with the best of Japanese refinement and Brazilian comfort. Minimalist, with precise lighting and well-designed spaces, the architecture matches the designs of each dish, proving that, here, everything is a true work of art.

Where it is: Rua Pedroso Alvarenga, 554, Itaim Bibi, São Paulo | Opening hours: Mondays, from 12pm-3pm and 7pm-11pm, and Tuesday to Saturday, from 12pm-3pm and 7pm-midnight | Closed on Sundays

Carnation Bar

Cozy is what defines the atmosphere at Bar dos Cravos, located in the Paraíso neighborhood. Designed by the architecture firm Apiacás , the restaurant features cozy lighting, contemporary furniture and, of course, drinks and impressive cuisine.

Where it is: Rua Osório Duque Estrada, 41 – Paraíso | Opening hours: Tuesday to Thursday from 5pm to 1am; Friday until 2am; Saturday from 12pm to 2am and Sunday from 12pm to midnight
