Inspired by the concept of a lived-in home – where affection, functionality and the residents' identity speak louder than aesthetic trends – the Deca Vivenda showcases at CASACOR Paraná 2026 an architecture that values use and the building of memories in everyday life.

Designed by architect Rodolfo Fontana, the 70 sq.m. space features a kitchen, living room and bathroom, in a continuous composition that celebrates comfortable living. "The vivenda is born from this desire to live well, with quality, in spaces that have memory, soul and bring coziness. The idea is not to create an exhibition projects, but a house that is truly inhabited, with history and presence," comments Rodolfo Fontana.

Starting from a contemporary base, the project incorporates classic references in the furniture, in the proportions and in other choices that compose the atmosphere of the space, thus moving away from the idea of a showroom to convey the feeling of a house in use: with a palette of warm tones and the presence of signature pieces, different layers naturally overlap.

"The project reflects a broader vision of living, in which design accompanies everyday life. It is in this encounter between comfort, memory and use that we build a house that makes sense for those who live in it," says Marina Crocomo, Marketing and Design Director at Dexco, Brazilian leader in metal fittings and sanitary ware, featured in the projects.

A house to be lived in

In the kitchen, the central island concentrates the preparation and guides the dynamics of the projects. The countertop in Petra Fossil Algodão Mate (Portinari) houses the rectangular Suprema sink, with stainless steel accessories, and supports day-to-day activities, ensuring functionality, durability and ease of cleaning. In the same vein, the Enjoy Pro single-lever mixer also incorporates features such as filtered, chilled and sparkling water, contributing to practicality in use and to an active kitchen, close to the dining area, reconciling preparation and conviviality.

The bathroom, in turn, is spacious and integrated. The countertop with two Gota Sinks organizes the support area and the shower and bathtub set values self-care and the time dedicated to well-being: round Flex Max Shower, in Summer Gold finish (a matte gold in a contemporary reinterpretation), and LK Bathtub, with ergonomic design and satin touch. Complementing this, the LK Toilet, in twine color, reinforces the unity of the project.

In continuity with the kitchen and dining area, the living room sets up a conviviality area that brings together furniture, objects and memory. The cabinetry in Carvalho Brum pattern from the Thera line (Duratex) structures the space and supports shelves and supports that reinforce the idea of an inhabited home. The flooring in Coliseu OFW (Portinari) runs through the projects and contributes to the visual unity, fine-tuning the fluidity between the areas.

“By proposing a house that moves away from the expository logic, Vivenda Deca reinforces the role of design as a mediator of the daily experience, combining technology, aesthetics, and sensitivity in use,” adds Dexco's Marketing and Design Director, Marina Crocomo.
