With Caribbean-colored waters, beach-like sand and sinuous shapes like in nature, the
Horto Laguna environment, by
Rafael Mineiro and
Natália Azevedo for
CASACOR MG 2021 , is an invitation to summer and outdoor life. The pool natural is located in the middle of a garden inspired by the colors and textures of Burle Marx.

4. Being outdoors
Nestled in the middle of nature, with extensive gardens and green walls,
Casa Up by Metalmarco - a project by
UP3 Arquitetura for
CASACOR RJ 2021 - proposes a true reconnection with nature. On the balcony, chaises and hanging armchairs create a living area open air. The combination of different side tables and cozy furniture, in addition to the organic rug, invites contemplation and pause.

5. Modular construction
Designed as a weekend getaway, this construction uses the structure of two containers and leaves the building components exposed: the two volumes can be dismantled and reassembled elsewhere. On the balcony, the deck creates a living space in the middle of the garden.

6. Mediterranean climate
To create a refuge within her own home,
Sarita Ávila sought inspiration from the Mediterranean and chose elements that could convey the sensation of being in front of the sea – such as contact with the water and the sand-toned flooring. Amidst this tranquility , there is the gourmet area and landscaping that reinforces the idea of welcoming. The

Terraço Refúgio, designed by

CASACOR MS 2021. Elements in metal structure, designed by the architect and laser cut, serve as covering, furniture and sculpture. . 'Ninho' lamps, by ceramist Katherine Brizot, complete the scene and guarantee lighting that invites delight.

8. Pebble garden
On the balcony of
Casa Mó , a project by
Janaína Peserico for
CASACOR MS 2021 , the pebble garden complements the living area. The modular construction has green and terracotta tones on the inside to bring nature into the house.

The
Living Space is 220 m² and is an environment where people can celebrate together in an affectionate atmosphere. The project by interior designer
Cybele Barbosa for
CASACOR Brasília 2021 in partnership with associated architects features natural elements and stones and materials with focus on sustainability, such as ecological wood and vinyl. The space uses the concept of biophilia, has cross ventilation and is well lit.

10. Vegetation that protects
Located on the terrace of
CASACOR SC 2021 ,
Rooftop 20 I 21 , designed by
Ana Trevisan , features vegetation that provides protection, shade and ambiance. All the species present there took into account the windy conditions characteristic of these areas. aluminum furniture with nautical rope highlights the sustainability of the materials.

No espaço de 400 m², a paisagista criou uma atmosfera cosmopolita e contemporânea, com espaços destinados à convivência ao ar livre, emoldurados pela vista das encostas verdes e da baía de Santo Antônio. A reinterpretation of Minas Gerais culture. This is
Priscila Mortare 's proposal for
Varanda Mineira Contemporânea , which combines classic elements in its contemporary space. There you will find a large table, spices and crafts. A must-have item in traditional Minas Gerais cuisine. the wood stove appears here remodeled and ecological.

12. Balcony bar
The inspiration for the
Bar Balcony comes from the backlands, as if everything were modeled from clay.
Francisco Oliveira 's space for
CASACOR MG 2021 has a floating gray floor with a rocky texture. The three benches made of wooden logs give the idea of square, with views of both Serra do Curral and Palácio das Mangabeiras. Potted plants continue the green surroundings.
Francisco Oliveira - Varanda do Bar. A inspiração vem dos sertões, como se tudo fosse modelado a partir da argila. Por isso, o piso flutuante é cinza com textura rochosa. No mobiliário, peças assinadas pelo arquiteto são acompanhadas por mesas laterais de alumínio e madeira. Há também tricô náutico, corda náutica e tecido impermeável. 14. With a beach vibe
Inspired by the rustic beach clubs of Mykonos, Tulum and Trancoso, the
CASACOR Rooftop by
Catê Poli and João Jadão for
CASACOR SP 2021 was created to bring a post-pandemic summer vacation atmosphere. “We created a place for visitors to use, rest, enjoy the sky, admire the view and have a little sense of hope that the pandemic is ending”, reveals Catê. The duo chose plant species that are adapted to the climate and that do not require much water.
Catê Poli e João Jadão - Rooftop CASACOR. Inspirado nos beach clubs rústicos de Mykonos, Tulum e Trancoso, o espaço de 224 m² nasce para trazer um clima de férias de verão pós-pandemia. “Criamos um lugar para o visitante usar, descansar, curtir o céu, admirar a vista e ter um pouco da sensação de esperança de que a pandemia está acabando”, revela a arquiteta paisagista Catê Poli, que assina o ambiente com o paisagista João Jadão. 15. Outdoor restaurant

Outland Restaurant “Al Mare” , designed by
Antônio Valladares, Joana Hardy and Tereza do Prado - Casa Tereze for
CASACOR MG 2021 , was designed as a space for celebration and meetings and has views of the mountains of Minas Gerais. On the ceiling, stretched steel cables are covered with silk in various patterns, as if they were pennants. Also multicolored, patches of carpets cover the floor.
Antônio Valladares, Joana Hardy e Tereza do Prado - Casa Tereze - Restaurante Outland “Al Mare”. O restaurante alegre, muito charmoso e colorido, foi pensado como um espaço de celebração e encontros. Os profissionais criaram as cerâmicas, executadas pelo Ateliê da Vila, tanto as utilitárias, como as luminárias. No teto, cabos de aço esticados recebem sedas em várias padronagens, como se fossem flâmulas. Também multicoloridos, retalhos de tapetes cobrem o piso. Aline Almeida e Dayane Almeida. Quintal de Casa. Um lugar para relaxar, reunir amigos e ter qualidade de vida. Essa é a proposta do Quintal de Casa, espaço acolhedor e funcional que acomoda bancada para churrasqueira elétrica, adega, champanheira, tudo cercado de muito verde. O paisagismo executado pelas profissionais tem horta para cultivo de ervas e temperos e árvores frutíferas, e aproxima o homem da natureza, proporcionando uma alimentação mais saudável, com equilíbrio do corpo e mente. A fonte de água traz tranquilidade e simboliza a vida. A mesa de centro foi desenhada pelas profissionais e confeccionada por um artesão local com exclusividade para CASACOR. 17. In place of the garage

CASACOR RJ 2021 , is located where the residence's garage used to be, in a recessed area of the garden, and houses a restaurant that features a mix of pieces of different styles. The use of plants as dividers and the maintenance coverings such as the old tiles in the space bring more personality to the environment.
18. Sustainable home office

Roberto Lecomte and Sheila Beatriz for
CASACOR Brasília 2021 , the
Wood Office Cipem features a 48.98 m² home office located in the garden. Amazonian wood from sustainable forest management was used. The prefabricated construction allows for successive assembly, with minimum waste generation, construction solutions and natural and cross ventilation.

Esse é o objetivo do home office de 48,98 m² localizado no jardim de casa proposto pelo arquiteto Roberto Lecomte e pela designer de interiores Sheila Beatriz. Foram utilizadas madeiras amazônicas oriundas de manejo florestal sustentável. O trabalho tem chancela do Cipem, que atesta o caráter ecologicamente correto do produto e sua origem. CASACOR Brasília 2021. The 109.20 m² outdoor project features climate-resistant furniture made from nautical rope and waterproof fabric. . The room has an ecological fireplace. The main piece is a cerrado tree.
Alessandra Moussa e Marcelo Netto - Fireplace. O novo jeito de viver e receber é o que norteia o projeto dos engenheiros Alessandra Moussa e Marcello Neto. Mãe e filho – ele em sua primeira participação em CASACOR - apresentam a importância da área externa num projeto de 109,20 m² ao ar livre, com mobiliário resistente às mudanças climáticas em corda náutica e tecido impermeável. O ambiente tem lareira fogo de chão ecológica. A peça principal é a árvore do cerrado. Ivan Aguiar and Heliomar Venancio, features several resting areas surrounded by the greenery of the landscaping designed by Ivan Aguiar. The area of almost 500 m² is connected by a sinuous horizontal sculpture measuring almost 70 m in length. length in chocolate color. The space uses photovoltaic energy.

21. Inspiration from the sea
In the
Lounge Das Dunas , an environment designed by
Lana Débora and Bia Campelo for
CASACOR RN 2021 , elements such as wood and stone predominate – thus highlighting everything that is natural. In the space, the furniture was inspired by the beaches of coast of Rio Grande do Norte and are signed by Lana herself.

CASACOR Brasília 2021 , combines the art of entertaining with that of cooking, in a space focused on well-being, conviviality and contemplation. The space features sheet metal panels perforated steel and the old water mirror in a dry version, with stones and sand.

With a living room, dining room and gourmet balcony,
Loja da Casa , a project by
Ana Cano Milman for
CASACOR RJ 2021 , recreates environments ready to welcome friends in a cozy way - in addition to functioning as a store in the middle of the garden. Cement panels on the walls and on the floor they form a neutral base and give a contemporary touch to the space.
Ana Cano Milman – Loja da Casa. Com estar, jantar e varanda gourmet, o espaço reproduz ambientes prontos para receber os amigos de forma aconchegante - além de funcionar como uma loja no meio do jardim. Jardim Nômade , a completely demountable project, made with potted gardens with tropical foliage, on draining flooring and neutral colors, all inspired by trips to Europe. The furniture, made of wood and suitable fabrics to external areas, provides comfort for a rest break.

CORAL SPACE A window to tomorrow occupies an area of 200m² on the rooftop and provides a space for contemplation of the new color palette of Coral Color Future 2022. A walkway leads visitors to a gallery with a playful atmosphere surrounded by vegetation and colorful totems suspended on both sides. On the roof, elaborate trellises filter the sun and create interesting shadow effects on the ground.

Preserving the original structure of the house that houses
CASACOR Ceará , but with a contemporary language, the architect
Elias Petruço transformed the balcony into an environment to be and be, a living room open to the countless possibilities of experiencing affections through a dynamic architectural concept. and timeless, which dialogues with the regionality imbued in the works of local artists.
