Modernity has changed the way we view living: if mansions were once the object of desire of a generation, now
compact homes are winning over the taste of those who want an intimate and functional shelter. That's why lofts and studios have become increasingly popular. frequency in large urban centers. With an eye on this trend,
Thales Zago brings to
CASACOR Brasília an integrated living that has everything to do with the theme of CASACOR's 2022 exhibitions, "
Infinito Particular ".
In the project, the architect brings his experiences and personal preferences to life to his new way of living. “Many professionals today want to leave behind the coldness of hotel rooms and flats and seek the refuge of
personalized, yet compact environments that unite comfort and practicality .”
Studio Zago is that place: with a total area of
44 m² , space optimization is strategically designed to ensure integrated environments, with few partitions, and prioritize circulation and fluidity.
A space that reflects well-being, that
conveys the real feeling of a home , but allows for the contemporary dynamics of this more essential and functional living. In furniture, timelessness is the key word: “I always look for furniture that embraces continuous lines and light, timeless pieces.”
All the choices reflect the
attention to detail to create an atmosphere of well-being and belonging. Books and works of art from his personal collection are highlighted in the space.
