Studio Ro+Ca brings elegance and timelessness to its space at CASACOR SP

What would you leave for future generations? Loft Celmar 2064, created by Studio Ro+Ca, is the answer: a time capsule that combines ancestry and technology, designed to be relevant today and 40 years from now. The project combines rustic and modern materials , custom carpentry and sustainability.

The kitchen rescues primitive gestures of coexistence, integrating home values. In a future of lack of time and excess of information, the project offers a portal for new connections and tranquility . Covered with Celmar's Capadócia wood finish, the original design is enhanced by furniture and lighting by Básico Design, leaving a legacy for future generations.

The wooden cabinets with touch opening combine functionality and design . The futuristic front complements the stainless steel countertop with suspended stone. A bookcase divides the living room and bedroom, highlighting the geometry and landscaping . Natural light comes from an opening in the ceiling, adorned with inflatable metallic spheres that refer to time capsules. The carpet made of PET bottle fibers reinforces the sustainable commitment.
