Sérgio Conde Caldas Arquitetura - “The Poet’s Song”. A space to disconnect from the outside world and embark on a world of poetry. Surrounded by green gardens, the studio built in one of CMC Modular's residential metallic modules used in our Vila CASACOR prioritizes sustainability with large openings that allow cross ventilation and glass that blocks heat, reducing the use of air conditioning. The decor is contemporary and minimalist with furniture with organic shapes that highlight national works of art.
