Leo Shehtman 's participation in
CASACOR São Paulo is always surrounded by great expectations. This is because the architect has been part of the show's cast since the first edition, being the only professional to participate in all editions. This year, the architect prepared the space entitled
Social House – a 125 m² loft built for new needs and new ways of living.

With a
young and sober language , the loft represents a resident who is very connected to technology and digital influences, who also uses the house as a workspace and for producing content such as
live broadcasts and
podcasts . The main objective of the space is the
integration and flexibility of home , so that it can also act as a business environment.

The complete project includes
four spaces : the living room integrated with the kitchen, a closet and the bedroom integrated with the office. Without physical limitations, the fluid loft has a
surprising design that connects all the spaces, while guaranteeing privacy.

The project is marked by
sober colors and organic shapes , thus connecting the loft to nature. The dark tones appear on the surfaces of the chosen coverings, portraying the contemporary style with mastery.

In the kitchen, the island is accompanied by a series of
high-end accessories and finishes that reinforce the feeling of exclusivity.

On the bench, the
La Festa delle Farfalle lamp by
Ingo Maurer stands out. The project also brings together a wide range of designer furniture, with pieces from Estúdio Mula Preta, +55design and art by Elizabeth Cerviño.
In the
closet area , the countertop is designed to meet the needs of a
professional who generates digital content , especially those involved in beauty and well-being. Very well lit, the space also leads to the bedroom.

The
home office , which shares space with the bed area, is characterized by a large
, slim lacquered countertop. The countertop is integrated into the stone base of the
bookcase , which fills the entire ceiling height of the side wall.
