There are many
similarities between gastronomy and architecture : both serve to satisfy (the eye or the palate), inspire and can be seen as artistic expressions. For this reason, every year
CASACOR São Paulo brings together establishments that offer a
delicious experience for visitors to the show. Between
May 30th and August 6th , visitors will be able to visit the São Paulo edition of
CASACOR , held at
Conjunto Nacional , an iconic modernist building on Avenida Paulista. Below, check out the
bars and restaurants (as well as their incredible projects) that are taking part in the show:
Badebec
In partnership with CASACOR since 2002, the restaurant, run by
chef and owner Lourdes Bottura, offers a delicious
buffet for visitors to the show who want to enjoy the event and savor
homemade food made with natural and diverse products . The salads and carpaccios have made the establishment a real success and continue to be the specialty of the restaurant, which has a menu full of
tasty options and unique products .

The project was designed by
Altera Arquitetura , which named the space "Ninho & Asparagos", referring to a primordial concept of home. Keep an eye out for the unusual
ceiling lining , made from
dried asparagus branches .
Myk
Mediterranean flavors are present at CASACOR São Paulo. The
Myk restaurant, a reference in Greek food, has
chef Mariana Fonseca to make
visitors to the exhibition feel like they are in Mykonos and enjoy typical regional foods. https://www.instagram.com/p/ClMJ2DNu_Ag/ To complete the experience, the space dedicated to the restaurant is designed by
Carla Felippi , who sought to bring the atmosphere of Greece to São Paulo through a sensory experience: from taste to audiovisual stimuli. The architect opted for a
decoration with natural materials , such as wood and stone, which evoke the look of the
island of Mykonos , known for its
landscape full of little white houses .
Horta Restaurant
Another project created to house the Greek cuisine of the MYK group was designed by
Vilaville Arquitetura , which opted for
abundant vegetation to welcome visitors in a cozy way to the Horta Restaurant. Organic shapes also take center stage and become sculptures on the walls of the space. A highlight is the
wine cellar , which has its
own lighting to highlight the restaurant's wine options .
The Bar

A veteran of CASACOR Bolivia and a newcomer to São Paulo,
Eduardo Baldelomar pays homage to the largest salt desert in the world:
Salar de Uyuni , which gives the project its name. In his first participation, the
60 m² bar features
rustic coverings and a nighttime look for enjoying drinks.

The decor is by
Fernanda Rubatino , who created a
delicate look full of
shades of pink .

Vibrantly colored and full of personality, Bar Caracol offers a "chic bar" style menu, with a
menu full of house specialties such as
pork sandwiches, goat cheese croquettes and vegetarian options . Take the opportunity to taste the cocktails, the establishment's flagship. Viganó Arquitetura designed the project and wanted to reflect
the bar's identity in the decor. In the back,
more sober colors create an intimate atmosphere , which contrasts with the cheerful atmosphere that one gets at first glance.
