14 projects from the Southeast Region most loved on CASACOR's Instagram in 2021

This Thursday, we reached the fourth and final day of the series of most liked publications on CASACOR's Instagram in 2021 ! After passing through the South, Northeast and Central-West Regions , today we landed in the Southeast to remember the environments most loved by the public of CASACOR. CASACOR . There were five exhibitions in the Southeast Region that took place in 2021: São Paulo , Rio de Janeiro , Minas Gerais , Espírito Santo and Ribeirão Preto . In all of them, it is possible to notice a care for the well-being of visitors, in projects that value hospitality and by stimulating the five senses. São Paulo

The unforgettable CASACOR São Paulo made a new home in 2021 and left the already traditional Jockey Club to settle in Parque Mirante , an area next to Allianz Parque, in São Paulo. With a total of 56 environments , the exhibition revealed why it is a reference national when it comes to architecture and design. In this edition, one of the most talked about spaces was the Kairós Space , designed by Érica Salguero , a master suite that prioritizes well-being, emotional references and the recovery of quality of life. On Instagram, the success was present, making the project tops our list with 17,125 likes .

Rio de Janeiro

The first exhibition to take place in 2021, CASACOR Rio de Janeiro was surprising in every way. In an unprecedented location, in the incomparable Palacete Brando Barbosa , in Jardim Botânico, the exhibition was a delight for those passionate about classical architecture – and, more than that, This showed how to renovate and give new meaning to the city's historic buildings without losing their essence. There were many spaces that got people talking at the show, but Ricardo Portilho 's Jardim do Café really deserves a special place. The project received a total of 16,502 likes on Instagram thanks to the preserved original vegetation and the lush bamboo grove. revitalized.

Still on projects that could not be left out of this list, there is Casa Up Metalmarco , created by UP3 Arquitetura . One of the most striking environments of the edition, the sustainable house appears in the second and third positions of this list, with 16,272 and 15,439 likes .

The highest number of likes not only on this list, but also of all the environments of CASACOR 2021 on Instagram was for the Leader Suite , created by the João Daniel Arquitetura office for CASACOR Minas Gerais . The project alone has a total of 29,688 likes – showing the strength of the architecture that valued precious stones, with materials and fabrics that allude to gold and natural stones. Also noteworthy is the idea of an integrated loft – a concept highly valued by those who are decorating their own homes –, which combines the generous bed with a home office and an intimate living room, all in the same space .

Holy Spirit

From October 6th to November 28th, CASACOR Espírito Santo took 31 environments to Vitória that were inspired by the theme " The Original House ". Among them, the biggest highlight on Instagram and the most loved by the public at the show was the Daughter's Suite , project signed by Bianca Margon . The space, designed for a six-year-old child, features loose furniture and carpentry that could take on a new function in the future. The highlight is the area above the bed, a perfect space for playing and let your imagination flow.

Ribeirao Preto

CASACOR Ribeirão Preto was a real treat for those who value open spaces bathed in natural light. With the second most loved space by the public on Instagram, the show presented the Espaço Viver Bem Perplan , a project signed by Roberta Alonso and Mariana Oliveira and which received 23,960 likes on the social network. Highlighting the idea of living well in integrated, flexible and functional spaces, the project surprises with its double height ceiling and area that exceeds 100 m².
