Complete house
(Filippo Bamberghi/CASACOR)
The
Syshaus House is one of the most memorable projects at
CASACOR São Paulo . In the 2018 edition of the show,
Arthur Casas presented the SysHaus modular system – a technology developed by his office that made it possible to build a high-standard house in less than a month, with waste and practically zero water consumption.

The project won the
poll that selected CASACOR's favorite house in 2018. Among the competitors,
Casa Syshaus stood out for using
100% recyclable materials , in addition to the
green roof , which naturally contributes to thermal and acoustic comfort, giving maximum respect for nature in all construction processes.
Kitchen
In an environment that stimulates creativity, the starting point is the Berilo stone, whose emerald color runs throughout the decoration. The project by Studio Ro+Ca at CASACOR São Paulo entitled
Casa Berilo Leroy Merlin was chosen as the
favorite kitchen of the 2019 edition of the show, proving that it is possible to create a cool and sophisticated environment with hi-lo materials. Before that, readers had already been invited to vote for their
favorite kitchen from the 2018 show . On that occasion, it was a tie: the public could not decide between the
Le Riad Bontempo kitchen, by Roberto Migotto, and the
Casa Terra kitchen, by Paola Ribeiro. Both tied for first place with 14% of the votes each.
The first is inspired by a type of building in Morocco, facing inwards towards a courtyard with an internal garden.
Roberto Migotto proposed with his
Le Riad Bontempo a
contemporary reinterpretation where the 400 m² house opens onto the 200 m² garden. The kitchen enhances practicality with fixed furniture and straight lines.

At
Casa Terra , the two large trees that were on the land were integrated into the space. The feeling of being in a garden is reinforced by the use of glass and large frames, inviting the greenery inside with natural and woody tones. In the kitchen, the bench combines stone and carpentry.
