Linie is the German term for line or lineage. The word also names
Patrícia Hagobian 's space at the 33rd edition of
CASACOR São Paulo , conceived on the occasion of the centenary of the
Bauhaus - a renowned German school of arts and crafts. The lounge was not named for nothing: the school became known for its collective spirit, understanding the teaching of arts as integrated and encouraging bonds between students. Linha is, therefore, a symbol for this community, linked by the same ideal. "The parties at Bauhaus were intended to strengthen and bring closer ties between artists and the local community. In an attempt to restore well-being, interaction, technology associated with functionality, this space was designed," explains Patrícia.

The 64 m² lounge is made up of three areas: a living room, a smoking area and a functional kitchen. The highlight of the living room is the modular sofa in off-white linen, accompanied by a coffee table designed by Pedro Mendes, who also created a lilac armchair. The diamond-shaped work positioned above the sofa is named after one of the greatest Brazilian concrete artists: Hercules Barsotti. The other works are by Solferini and graphic designer Marcio Pontes: the former created a gradient work in subtle tones especially for the exhibition. in pink and purple; while the second consisted of four panels in black and white that allude to the architect Le Corbusier. Still in tune with the avant-garde school, the lavender tone of the carpet was taken from a work by Kandinsky, a visual artist who worked as a professor at the Bauhaus.

The smoking area can be used for conversation, reading or entertainment. A composition of photographs and engravings by the artist Kiolo stands out above the niche. The furniture gives the space a timeless character through vintage features.
The ceiling features walnut-toned wooden slats, creating a visual axis that directs visitors’ gaze toward the kitchen area. The palette explores earthy tones – in pinks, lavenders and tans, conveying a sense of welcome and relaxation.

Less is more was the basic concept adopted for the functional kitchen, where practicality is fundamental. Symmetry balances the space and enhances volumes and contrasts.
