Sculpture Courtyard promotes coexistence at CASACOR Rio

The space designed by architect Ivan Rezende functions as a viewpoint from where you can see the other areas of the exhibition

Ivan Rezende Arquitetura – Sculpture Courtyard. The open-air space was designed to encourage interaction between visitors and the practice of contemplation: the space functions almost as a lookout from which one can see the other areas of the exhibition. The mix of materials is eclectic and combines naval plywood – used in the panels that “protect” the Caridade statue – with Kilimanjaro marble, a technological stone that is being launched at CASACOR.
