Patio Alberca, an iconic element in the former Total Asturias. In it, Tassiana Oshiro wanted to pay homage to its hospitable past by restoring the space, but keeping its essence intact. It is a social room in the courtyard of the house, so important in houses for meetings. An important factor of this project is its environmentally responsible architecture, featuring a strategic location to optimize natural light and the use of recycled materials as part of the home's decoration. It also has a water circulation and energy-saving mechanism, with which the rainwater that fills a reservoir is used to the maximum. (Alvaro Mier)
