Panel that looks like a folding screen steals the spotlight in this living room with kitchen

Few colors and many plants make up the Duratex space designed for CASACOR Pernambuco 2022. Inside the emblematic Chanteclair building, the Fábrica Arquitetura team created a sensorial space where the large panel that runs along the living room wall looks like a paper fold . The proposal here is to feel, live and be the space – and thus achieve, deeply and completely, the “awakening”, leaving the state of torpor that gives the environment its name. Abundant natural light enters through the windows, bathing the entire décor . The project also aims to revive the sensations of the old Chanteclair – which was once a home, the setting for large parties, restaurants and bars, and which was once a boarding house and even a brothel. Here , the memories of the past also radiate an intense light towards the future .
