Débora Brayner proves at CASACOR Brasília 2016 that little space does not mean lack of comfort. The Terracota Flat is a multifunctional space of 36 m², which presents several solutions and ideas to take advantage of the smallest dimensions. In it, the visitor sees a kitchen, living room , bedroom and bathroom.
To begin with, the professional did away with any walls and the only divider in the space are the cobogós that delimit the living area from the bedroom. Even using this covering, Débora does not completely divide the two spaces and still keeps them integrated. The architect was inspired in New York lofts and so kept everything open and informed.
The rustic and urban style is reflected in the furniture pieces, combined with natural materials such as clay, mud, cement, wood and bricks in the coverings.
To add color and a more geometric line, the professional invests in various textures and prints in the details of the environment. The project is also marked by the sustainability imposed by the use of all LED lighting.
