A reference of tranquility in the capital of Goiás, the Marista District is, for the second consecutive year, the setting for CASACOR Goiás, on the land provided by O.M. Incorporadora, which will soon be the definitive address for two more of its high-end projects. In its 29th edition, the architecture and decoration show is guided in 2026 by the theme “Mind and Heart” and presents, until June 21, 42 projects that convey to visitors the best of contemporary living. “Knowing that we are building a city that moves artistically, that is the cradle of such important personalities, that we are making history is what matters,” says Ana Flávia Canedo, partner-director of O.M. Incorporadora.

After reorganizing schedules, the developer's management invited Vero Festas to set up the event's scenery. Alongside the capital's main avenues, near Alameda Ricardo Paranhos, two major developments - the Olivier O.M. Home, with its vertical mansions, and the Dual O.M. Stay, a sales success with 100% of units sold in just three hours - lend their space to culturally enliven Goiânia. “We need to understand architecture beyond the obvious. It lies in feeling, in making sense. The project arises from reflection on the balance between reason and emotion, sensorially translating the theme ‘Mind and Heart’ of CASACOR 2026,” reveals Cristal Lobo, founding partner of Vero Festas.

One of the projects most loved by visitors is precisely the artistic installation My Butterfly Garden, a creation by Glauber Rodran that uses preserved mosses, tree stems molded from wires, and over 300 hours of work. The proposal was to create an immersive space where visitors walk a symbolic path that leads to the center of emotions. “This work marks a new phase of my creations. It was very special to produce it and understand how it would come to life here. The result is surprising,” celebrates Rodran.
