Who has never imagined enjoying the best cuisine with the feeling of being at home? This was the premise that architect Carla Felippi brought to the Casa Mykonos | MYK environment, at CASACOR São Paulo 2023 . The space that houses MYK Restaurant proposes an incredible journey for the senses through delicious cuisine , modern architecture and the lifestyle characteristic of the beautiful Greek island of Mykonos . With an impressive area of 345 m² , the architect created an environment with a homely feel and coastal inspiration . The highlight is the façade with pivoting doors, which allows the interior and terrace to be integrated. The bar has a home theater to serve drinks, with sofas and tables with sinuous designs. The space provides a relaxed atmosphere , where you can feel at home, sprawled out on the sofa, while enjoying a tour of Greece with high-definition images on the big screen. The ceiling stands out for its composition of 90 curtains made of raw cotton fabric , which form waves in the wind, like the Greek inspiration. Impeccably decorated tables with sinuous designs in different sizes welcome guests in a traditional way. “The space was designed to provide a sensory experience surrounded by aromas, flavors, and audiovisual stimuli . Transporting visitors on a trip to Greece, surrounded by friends in relaxed and lively moments typical of the city’s social life,” reveals the architect. The architect also brought nature into the space, surrounding it with four-meter-high natural trees and soft lighting that reminds us of sunlight.
