Multi-House is a complete environment, designed for the contemporary post-pandemic lifestyle. Designed by the Daniel Ghizi Arquitetura office, for
Janelas CASACOR, Santa Catarina edition , the project features a master suite, a home office and a charming balcony.
Urban and functional style
All the rooms, including the balcony, are integrated, giving the occupant a feeling of spaciousness. Visual continuity is provided by the wooden cladding on the ceiling of the interior and the floor of the deck on the exterior.
The color palette is dominated by gray, punctuated by black and blue details, tones that convey urbanity. Environmental comfort is provided by windows on opposite sides, which ensure cross ventilation and abundant natural light.
The main feature of the furniture is the large double bed, right in the center of the space. Next to it is the office, which can accommodate up to two residents working remotely. The desk extends at a perpendicular angle from a wooden shelf, in the same color as the upholstery. .
