From the Sugarloaf Cable Car to the historic churches of Ouro Preto and the Olympic stadiums, in addition to projects signed by Oscar Niemeyer and Ruy Ohtake, they all have something in common: the presence of the Montele Elevadores brand. In 44 years of history, the company that is a reference in vertical accessibility has already ensured greater inclusion in thousands of architectural projects throughout Brazil.

This year, for the second consecutive time, the brand participates in the CASACOR São Paulo 2026 show, presenting its products in seven projects at the event. There are elevators and an elevating platform, which ensure total accessibility to the event's visitors, with safety, design and proven performance. Discover the projects:

Proven accessibility

In its 39th edition, CASACOR São Paulo — the largest architecture, interior design and landscaping event in the Americas — proposes, under the theme "Mind and Heart", thinking about the home as a space of healing, welcoming and self-care. "It is a scenario of aesthetic demand and conceptual depth to which Montele responds by building robust, safe, durable equipment with proven performance, without limiting itself to design", comments Renata Goddard, General Manager of Montele Elevadores.

According to her, the Montele elevators chosen for the show represent the company's highest specification line, both for high-end residences and for commercial and institutional projects, which integrate the equipment into the design of the space, without giving up any technical requirement.

This becomes clear in one of the most anticipated projects of the show, the Casa da Marcenaria Brasileira | Duratex, which houses the PL-200 Elevating Platform. In the space dedicated to the appreciation of national design and woodworking, where every detail is treated with precision, the PL-200 shares the same values: authorial, technical and rigorous.

At CASACOR, accessibility is the order of the day, present in restrooms with accessible cabins, ramps, free circulation for wheelchairs, elevators and elevating platform. Last year, the show received, for the third consecutive year, the Accessibility Seal from the Permanent Accessibility Commission (CPA) of the São Paulo City Hall, reinforcing its commitment to a more inclusive and comfortable experience for different audiences.

In operation

The two Montele elevators installed last season remain in operation, connected to the same IoT monitoring system that Montele has operated since 2017. It is a proprietary technology, installed in thousands of active equipment, which registers tens of millions of trips per year. During the event alone, thousands of monitored trips are made, ensuring reliability in circulation.

In a show that calls for heart and mind, technique and sensitivity, Montele presents its response of more than four decades: proven accessibility with thousands of clients served, including the 50 largest national chains — among banks, schools, clinics and gyms — and, especially, in iconic residences.
