A beach house that captures what is essential was the proposal by Maria Alice Crippa and Gustavo Assis for CASACOR Paraná 2024. The duo opted for simplicity and built a space that emphasizes the relationship between man and nature . The loft was divided into two areas : the social area and the private area, where functionality and aesthetics go hand in hand. In this setting that prioritizes few elements, the highlight is the composition between the stone walls and the vegetation that surrounds the entire space. The duo created a true immersion of the beach loft with the ambiance of CASACOR PR. The setting is a true shelter for those who enter it, and at the same time enhances the greenery present outside .
