Wood takes center stage in a 49 m² space and brings a rustic, minimalist feel

Space designed by Quintino Facci for CASACOR São Paulo 2023 seeks balance between body and mind

Proving that small spaces can be incredibly cozy was Quintino Facci 's proposal when he designed a 49 m² Tiny House for CASACOR São Paulo 2023.

The architect opted for a minimalist style where wood fills the spaces and ensures a welcoming atmosphere. The spaces seek balance between the physical and mental and invite visitors to a cozy and relaxing experience.

In the living room, a mural draws attention and stands out for being an item ofaffective decoration : made with photos of his girlfriend, Quintino opted for small personalized frames that feature the face of the loved one and create a unique panel.

The kitchen stands out due to the presence of the open countertop, which brings spaciousness and an innovative aesthetic to the space.

The decor features a neutral palette and original Brazilian furniture — some pieces were designed by the office especially for the show, such as the rug in the living room.
