Isabella Leonetti, Mariana Paquier, Alessandra Ruiz, Pierina Piemonte and Carolina Correia are the names behind the LP+A office, which, in partnership with the Minimal Design brand, created a coworking space full of concept and style for CASACOR São Paulo 2024. Inspired by the theme, the architects brought femininity and high design to the space entitled Conexão by Minimal Design . “Just as the uterus shelters and nourishes life, our space is a sanctuary of affection, a welcoming womb that celebrates the energy of women and the strength of creation,” they explain. The 140m² space is divided into four convergence points surrounded by organic shapes and a soft color palette that includes shades of beige, pink, terracotta and green . At the entrance , a coffee counter with acoustic coating and marble top welcomes visitors. There is an armchair for resting and an acoustic booth for individual meetings, as well as a high table for informal conversations. The connection area has a functional grandstand covered in slatted ceramic and walnut wood, offering space for rest, exchange of ideas and lectures. The wooden walls are decorated with abstract paintings by artist Lucia Moretzsohn . In the center, a meeting room has walls covered in organic shapes that help with soundproofing, as well as a crochet curtain that delimits the space and creates a private and welcoming atmosphere. In this specific area, the carpet in more saturated colors and the ceiling decorated with lamps in the shape of a bouquet of gypsophila flowers complement the environment. This collaboration with Minimal Design highlights the convergence of high-end design and advanced technology through the use of adaptable desks, acoustic booths and meeting rooms.
