CASACOR ES Lounge is inspired by the centenary of the 22nd Week

Monique Cotrim is participating in the 25th edition of CASACOR Espírito Santo with the Reception Lounge project. The architect's proposal is permeated with references in celebration of the centenary of Modern Art Week , which took place in 1922. "Modern architecture gave us Oscar Niemeyer , the illustrious Capixaba Paulo Mendes da Rocha , and to this day it is cited as the anchor of our contemporary production , loaded with an ' encore moderne '", says Monique. The space located at the exhibition reception features shapes and dialogues with a lot of Brazilianness . The environment instigates the visitor about what is to come, valuing a good interior design as a driver of well-being. The space is organized to ensure fluidity, creating a reception that sharpens the senses and the eye .

"The environment permeated by greenery alludes to the most elementary form of architecture , a small house that is indolent in its simplicity, but complex in its translation of meanings that are constructed from the architectural exercise", explains Monique.
