It’s impossible to leave
CASACOR Rio without a thousand ideas in your head, and that crazy desire to renovate the entire house. The exhibition itself already provides a little help with
five stores that bring items for the home – as expected – as well as personal accessories and books. They are all located in the
gardens of the Brando Barbosa Residence , where the exhibition will be held until June 26th, which makes the trip even more pleasant. And, this year, there is still something new:
Porto di Vino has arrived in the original basement of the house and sells, right there, wines that can be tasted in the garden or taken home.
House Store
Fernanda Medeiros - Loja da Casa. É uma loja. Mas, com ares de pequeno refúgio familiar onde estar, jantar, um pequeno home-office e um charmoso pergolado estão integrados criando um ambiente quase residencial. O décor aposta em tons calmos como azul e areia e materiais naturais como a madeira do mobiliário e a pedra que reveste as paredes internas. O pergolado, cercado pelo verde, foi construído em fibra de vidro, que traz leveza e contemporaneidade ao projeto e privilegia a circulação já que o espaço recebe workshops. (André Nazareth/CASACOR)

Loja da Casa can be the starting point for this tour. On the left side of Jardim do Chafariz, the space was decorated by architect
Fernanda Medeiros and has an atmosphere reminiscent of a house, as well as a charming pergola that, every Wednesday, hosts a
workshop in the best “Do It Yourself” style. There, crockery, napkins, pillows, paintings and a multitude of decorative objects are sold. The items have prices ranging from R$79 to R$3,000.
Optics
Below are two stores that sell personal accessories. The first of these is the
optics : the space was decorated by architect
Sérgio Novaes , who created displays there that further highlight the beauty of
Gustavo Eyewear 's pieces. These are exclusive models made of Italian acetate and 90% hand-painted. And with almost infinite customization possibilities. Prices range from R$1,380 to R$1,980.
Jardim Jewelery
Next up is our
jewelry store . Set up by architect
Letícia Garcia , the space displays, every week, jewelry from different designers curated by
Anna Clara Tenenbaum . Prices from R$980.
House of Aromas
On the other side of the fountain, in the middle of
Vila CASACOR , is our
Casa dos Aromas . Designed by architect
Rafael Mirza , the space offers products from
Mels Brushes , which sells diffusers, scented sachets, liquid soap, water for fabrics, bar soaps, essences, foams and bath salts. Prices range from R$12 to R$299.
Bookstore
Just outside the event, there is our traditional
bookstore , once again with
Unisaber books, which offers publications on art, architecture, fashion, music, including some rarities. There, you can also buy our
yearbook , now on sale for R$40. The space was decorated by architect
Victor Niskier, who took advantage of the hollow shelves to show, between one book and another, the greenery of the gardens of our residence. A luxury! Prices from R$30.
House Winery
Set up in the house's old pantry, the space was being renovated for the exhibition when, during the works, architect
Ana Cano and interior designer
Claudia Infante discovered the residence's original basement. Result: the space was restored and incorporated into the
Adega da Casa . And, throughout the exhibition, it sells wines from
Porto di Vino , which has French, Italian, Brazilian, Chilean and Argentine labels there. Prices range from R$58 to R$638 (a Montalcino Brunello, 2015 vintage; and a Château Prieurs de la Commanderie, 2012 vintage).
