The
CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2025, occupying the Fashion Mall until October 26, features
seven lofts that reveal the strength of this integrated living format – where the fluidity of the projects replaces traditional barriers and opens space for new ways of living. Each project stems from a particular narrative, highlighting
desires, memories, and ways of dwelling that translate into architectural and interior choices capable of provoking warmth and surprise.

More than just presenting
trends, the lofts of this edition highlight how
materials, color palettes, and design solutions can transform the relationship between the individual and their home. Whether through the rusticity of natural finishes, the freshness of earthy tones, or the imposing presence of authorial design pieces, each project expresses a
unique vision of contemporary living. The result is a collection of spaces that inspire, inviting visitors to rethink their own daily lives. Check it out below!
1. Tom Castro – Loft Alento
Designed for a
mature and introspective resident, the
Loft Alento conveys warmth in every detail. Wood, stone, and brushed stainless steel offer tactile comfort, while striking tones like military green and brown appear in upholstery and objects, reinforcing the
contemporary atmosphere. The
intimate lighting creates layers of sensations and enhances the
Brazilian artworks chosen for the space, making it a
sophisticated and affectionate refuge.

2. Nando Grabowsky – Loft Atlas Urbano
In the
Loft Atlas Urbano, the concept is
to live authentically and comfortably. In 74 m², the
integration of the projects brings fluidity, highlighting the central bookshelf that connects the living room and bedroom. Its colorful niches hold books and affection objects. Meanwhile, the open kitchen reinforces the idea of
barrier-free living. The lattice ceiling with pinpoint lighting enhances the
sense of well-being and warmth.

3. Fernanda Medeiros – Loft Dolce Vita
Inspired by the light life of Rio de Janeiro, the
Loft Dolce Vita was created for a
young couple who values social gatherings with friends and contact with the city. The palette mixes
earthy and bluish tones referencing the sea, while textures such as rattan, wood, and clay bring the space closer to nature. The
retro touch appears in the kitchen (filled with memories!) and
creative solutions like the wine table attached to the dining table demonstrate how design and functionality can go hand in hand.

4. Sebastian Gomez Arquitetura – Loft Essência
In the
Loft Essência, raw and refined materials coexist harmoniously. The integration of the projects is marked by
smart architectural solutions, such as the use of
cobogós and muxarabis that provide
privacy without losing the permeability of light and ventilation. Stone and wood take center stage evoking the passage of time, resulting in a
genuine, sophisticated, yet unpretentious environment.

5. Pedro Coimbra Arquitetura – Loft Joana
Designed for an
independent and sophisticated entrepreneur, the
Loft Joana values Brazilian design in
iconic pieces by Sérgio Rodrigues, Mula Preta, and Gustavo Bittencourt. Self-care areas, a closet, and bedroom coexist with a living area and kitchen in a versatile and welcoming space. The
wallpaper created by Dominique Jardy brings delicacy, while the use of
gneiss as a sculptural element reinforces the aesthetic strength of the project.

6. THIMI Arquitetura – Loft Semente
With
Mediterranean inspiration, the
Loft Semente blends innovation and tradition. The neutral palette comes to life in
various textures: bouclé, linen, and velvet contrast with chukum (an ancestral Mayan material reinterpreted in Brazil) in floors and countertops. The grayish tone used in walls and the ceiling creates
visual unity, while the
carvalho guaraná woodwork connects the hall and bedroom in a cohesive and elegant design.

7. Claudia Infante – Loft da Mulher 50+
The
Loft da Mulher 50+ is a tribute to actress Ingrid Guimarães and all women experiencing transformations at this phase of life. With a
soft palette of light greens and lilacs, the project invests in
straight lines, discreet woodwork, and comfortable furniture to create functionality without excesses. The
Brazilianness appears in weaves, textures, wood, and handcrafted pieces
– composing a fluid space that
privileges the essential with lightness and authenticity.
