Loft overlooks Paulista Avenue, has double-height ceilings and integrated spaces

A space that conveys an atmosphere of peace and a meeting with oneself. This is the Loft (IN)TERNO , an environment designed by architect Ticiane Lima for CASACOR São Paulo 2023 , which seeks to invite visitors to an introspective reflection , in the search for well-being. The name '(IN)Terno' comes from the tenderness , affection and delicacy that allow us to experience various forms of emotions and feelings. The 147 ^m2 loft is distributed over two floors with integrated spaces, entrance hall, living room, kitchen and garden on the ground floor and private area on the mezzanine, offering elevator access to the mezzanine. At the entrance to the loft, the ceiling and the curved panel in wooden mashrabiya steal the show. The social area opens up with the double-height ceiling where the different types of materials converse with each other. The room, with its freestanding designer furniture, blends in perfectly with the rest of the space. On the mezzanine, the imposing headboard and drawer unit with curved corners were meticulously detailed – while the bench, which runs the entire width of the space, provides a contrasting view of the garden and Paulista Avenue .
