Exposed pillars and slabs enhance the original elements of the Conjunto Nacional and reinforce the urban identity of the 67 m² UM Loft designed by Gustavo Martins for CASACOR São Paulo 2022 .
Furniture by designers Thiago Curioni and Roberta Baqueri attracts the eye, as does the hydraulic tile floor installed next to the basalt stone wall.
In the details, the identity of the space is revealed, bringing much more than a look at the new home , but also stories, courage, discoveries, and, above all, the strength and confidence of the individual.
"The idea is to present the space with my universe, my vision of living , my look at art , at what fills me and embraces me", says the architect.
The desire to awaken feelings of belonging and protection are put into practice through the connection between art and technology . Highlight the straight and
