The delicacy of the project is found in the rustic texture of the dunes, in the naturalness of the materials and in the slow rhythm that ripples the waters.

The details, textures and delicacy of the Loft Near the Sea extract its materiality and broaden its understanding to a sensation of the breeze blowing on your face, of the touch of the cold, soft sand. Juliana Pippi 's project for CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis 2019 is the result of her perception of the world and her experience as a Santa Catarina native. "I have a strong relationship with the sea, the wind and the sands of the beaches. I was born near it and I recharge my energy whenever I can," says Juliana. The intricate weaves and natural fibers are serene, seeking the tone in which they are drawn in the relief of the dunes. Everything is in rhythm with the slow rhythm that ripples the waters, with the familiar warmth for those who see the sea as home.
Off-white and raw colors cover the walls of the 135 m² space, with the freshness of a clean look. Concrete, stone, terrazzo, straw and light woods meet and complement each other, without interfering with the naturalness of the sculptures by Domingos Tótora from Minas Gerais. With practically no walls, the space resonates with its rusticity, a down-to-earth, true and indispensable proposal.
