Called
Italian Loft , the space designed by
Larissa Villaschi at
CASACOR Espírito Santo 2023 pays homage to Italian immigration to the Brazilian state at the end of the 19th century.
Concentrated in Santa Teresa, 78 km from Vitória, the immigrant families who recently arrived in the country brought with them
their culture, traditions and memories – all of which are personalized at the Italian Loft.
More than that, the space highlights the legacy of this population in architecture and design, paying beautiful homage to the
Tuscany region, with its medieval villages, wineries and bucolic landscapes, arches and faded yellowish colors.
Also noteworthy is the
coziness that architect Larissa Villaschi managed to bring to the space, with touches of minimalism and modernity, in which she also favored natural stones, wood and
original materials and upholstery from Italy .
