Greda Loft balances rustic with contemporary living elements

With the practicality characteristic of modern living, the Greda Loft highlights a new idea of housing. The project, signed by Studio Costa + Azevedo, was present at CASACOR Pernambuco in 2021 . With a sober palette and few points of light , the project combines different textures that vary from beige to white, and maintains, for the most part, the base of its coverings in contrasting earthy tones . The chosen color palette thus allows , preserve the softness of the design , while exploring natural textures within its identity.

The furniture is simple and has minimalist touches , portraying the living of a person who loves art and design. The lighting design is a highlight, designed to illuminate specific points of the rooms , such as works of art and objects, giving the entire room a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of the project is the natural ceramic tile flooring , which not only adds a rustic touch to the project, but also invites visitors to relive a childhood past.
