A loft can be more than just an integrated space . It is a more intimate place that allows for deep connection. In the Urban Future by Peugeot space, architects Caio Bandeira and Tiago Martins , from Architects + CO, present a charming project that prioritizes comfort in the middle of the city .

“The city is the body and home of our homes,” believe Caio and Tiago, who live between São Paulo and Bahia. For CASACOR São Paulo , an exhibition located in one of the noisiest places in the capital , the idea was to create spaces that offer sound, thermal and visual comfort .

The belief that there is nothing like rest to recharge your batteries after a busy day guides the project. To make it a reality, the professionals opted for premium raw materials such as NEOBAMBU with products from the Finnish brand Lunawood, which supplies heat-treated wood for the interior and facade.

The space served to establish CASACOR's partnership with Peugeot , and the architects did not fail to explore this characteristic and presented the e-2008 electric car , a silent and sustainable model that fits perfectly with the project's proposal.
