80 m² loft features organic furniture and sober colors

Everything that is done for the first time generates expectation and anxiety, and it has been no different for architect Ágata Cipriani since she accepted the challenge of debuting at CASACOR SC | Balneário Camboriú 2023. She and her team, from the Cipriani Studio office, created Singular Loft , a project inspired by the modern woman that promises to awaken the senses of the exhibition's visitors. In approximately 80 m² , Ágata delved into the theme of this year's exhibition, Body & Home , where she proposes to the spectators various perceptions that we have about the "I" as the home of the soul. The space is multisensory , with plenty of organic and amorphous shapes, awakening the five senses of the visitors . The loft was designed to be an apartment to live in , to entertain, to celebrate, with versatility and functionality for everyday life. “We opted for sober colors and natural materials , or those that are reminiscent of nature. Using the natural wood ceiling and floor, we created a sober base to work on the other aspects of the layout ,” explains the architect. Ágata Cipriani points out that the concept and inspiration for Singular Loft came from the sinuosity and sensuality of the feminine , the place where our inner self resides. “We work with furniture in organic shapes, natural fiber fabrics and a lot of biophilia , through wood and natural stone, which are focal points of the project. The lighting throughout the space is diffuse and indirect, creating a more intimate atmosphere .” Biophilic design is always present in Cipriani Studio's projects. Another hallmark of the firm is the creation of living spaces that can awaken the well-being of the people who use them.
