At
CASACOR São Paulo this year, architect and interior designer
Érica Salguero invites visitors to her space to disconnect from the outside world, in an exercise of
introspection and
contemplation .
This is a
66 m² loft whose name, "Solitude", symbolizes a period of self-knowledge, reflection and connection with nature. "It is a mental state in which
the individual is at peace with themselves , even when they are alone", explains Érica, in her sixth participation in the exhibition.
In the project,
marble ,
leather and
wood appear among the many textures of the environment and gain prominence due to the rich lighting design.
For example, in the living room, the professional used
slabs of Grigio Michelangelo marble in a grey tone with white veins on the walls. The multifunctional space, perfect for moments of relaxation and entertaining friends, became
even more elegant with the application.
In the kitchen, the central island, which serves as
the focal point of the space , was produced with Nuvolato Michelangelo marble with rounded edges –
ideal for use in high-traffic areas and kitchen countertops.
