If there's one thing the pandemic year has taught us, it's that living comfortably is essential for the health and well-being of residents. That's why, while Fernanda Eicke was developing her project for CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis 2021 , the architect decided to translate the desire of the moment into a delicate décor full of textures .
This is how Loft 2021 was conceived: a complete residence designed for the present time that prioritizes well-being in an integrated and compact way . Comprising a living room, gourmet kitchen, bedroom with integrated office, bathroom and outdoor area, the project leaves nothing missing to provide a cozy experience.
The bedroom, living room and kitchen share the same area, although they are very well divided into their own spaces . In the furniture, the architect favored timeless fabrics, such as linen , which covers both the headboard of the bed and the creative sofa, which can be used both in the living room and in the bedroom itself. To create the aura of a real home , the architect used rugs and curtains – which help to delimit the areas of the integrated environment and filter the light that enters from the external garden. The highlight is the modern design pieces , a counterpoint in the emotional and sensorial composition.
Finally, functional coverings and a planned lighting project provide unique comfort – a feeling that is essential for modern living. See the complete 3D Tour of the space here.
