Living room reveals itself to be modern and minimalist through the open space layout

With 45 m², the Living refletIR , designed by Hertha Dantas for CASACOR Sergipe 2022 , presents the sculptural balcony of the iconic “castelinho” house – from the beginning of the 20th century – which preserves the pre-existing structure and materials, bringing spatial and design solutions in the reflection of the different “I’s” in the Particular Infinite . They spread through the layout, multiply through the repetitions of shapes and objects , and tie together through the layers of the new over the old. Upon entering, a curved partition with a touch of light from the Ferrão lamp sharpens the discovery of the living room, which reveals itself to be conceptual, modern and minimalist through the open space layout. The sideboard/bar with an authorial design “emerges” as a link in this integration between uses, dining and living. The Cisa round table by designer Ronald Sasson and the Belgian yarn rug from the Via Star Collection UP Designer reflect the integration of forms.

Finally, the walls receive a new layer, with emphasis on preserving the iconic exposed brick wall.
