Inspired by the idea of slowing down the pace, Refúgio Conexão , an environment designed by architect Isabella Nalon – debuting at CASACOR São Paulo 2023 – is a space that aims to bring a new perspective to the busy and intense routine experienced by people, dedicating the place to a proposal for relaxation and reflection for visitors.

Slow Living , a term that comes from English and can be translated as “ slow life ”, is the starting point of Isabella’s project, which developed an interior architecture based on the ideal of revealing itself as an invitation to leave aside all pressure and open up to moments that provide a break from everyday life and the continuous search for quality of life.

Based on this premise, the 76 m² space reveals an aesthetic that values a lighter way of living .
The light and neutral colors, accompanied by Brazilian crafts and elements with natural textures and materials, such as jute, cotton, clay and wool, among others, reinforce the feeling of peace, balance, breathing and result in an intimate atmosphere.
